Description

This is a K6 type telephone call-box located at the junction with Bulmore Road. It is a square, red kiosk made of cast iron. The foundry plate is embossed but not decipherable. The call-box features a domed roof with four lunettes that display Queen Elizabeth II crowns above red lettered opals and ventilation slits. There are raised surrounds around the door and sides, which include marginal glazing bars for the horizontal glazing. The rear of the kiosk is blank, and it has a moulded plinth.
