Description

The quay wall and slip at the Hanbury Arms is a structure made of coursed squared rock-faced local sandstone rubble with dressed copings. The quay is primarily covered in tarmac, although it is likely that the original stone surface remains underneath. The slip is paved with stone. The quay measures approximately 30 meters in length and about 4 meters in height, while the slip is around 20 meters long and about 2 meters in both height and width.
