Description
2 Agincourt Square is a 19th-century building with a stucco front that features quoins only on the left side, indicating that the frontage was originally wider. It has a Welsh slate roof with ridge tiles and stands three storeys tall. The front has two windows above an early 20th-century shop front, which includes a low stallriser and a plate glass window flanked by very narrow timber posts, with a fascia above and a door to the right. The fascia conceals the bottom of the first-floor windows, which are 2 over 2 pane sashes. The building is topped with a tall coped parapet and has a steeply pitched roof with a red brick stack positioned to the right. The rear elevation was not observed. Inside, the timber-framed structure features well-finished chamfered and stopped cross-beams, but only the ground floor was accessible during the resurvey.
