Description

Nos. 1 and 3 Church Street Render, lined out as ashlar on the front, probably over brick, Welsh slate roof behind parapet, red brick stacks. Narrow plot end on to the street, indicative of an early burgage plot, but developed as a pair. Single bay three storey frontages over shops. The first floor has a canted oriel with plate glass sashes. Plat band at second floor level. 4 over 4 pane sash above, cornice band, parapet. The roof is hipped to the front with a stack on the ridge and another larger one at the rear

The long return elevation to right side has a variety of doors and windows, one 9 over 9 pane sash on the ground floor and one 4 over 4 pane sash on the first floor, but otherwise all C20 replacement windows. Rear elevation not seen.
