Description
Nos. 27 and 28 Agincourt Square are stucco-fronted buildings featuring a band at the first floor and chamfered quoins at the corners. They have a moulded cornice and a parapet topped with a modern grey tile roof. The buildings rise three storeys and have three windows across the front. The ground floor includes early 20th-century shop fronts, with a central window on the right and two tripartite sash windows with 6 over 6 panes to the left. The first floor has tripartite sash windows on both the right and left, with a plain 6 over 6 sash window in the centre. The second floor contains three 6 over 6 sash windows. On the rear wall, two multiflued stacks are visible. The right return facing Church Street features two gables and various small windows, including a small first-floor oriel on the rear gable. The rear elevation has not been seen, and the interior was not inspected during the resurvey.
