Description

Nos. 27 and 28 Agincourt Square Stucco fronted with band at first floor and chamfered quoins at corners, moulded cornice, parapet with modern grey tile roof. Three storeys, three windows. Ground floor has early C20 shop fronts with centre window on the right and two tripartite sashes with 6 over 6 panes to the left. First floor has a tripartite sash windows on right and left with a plain 6 over 6 sash in the centre first floor. Second floor has three 6 over 6 sashes. Two multiflued stacks are visible on the rear wall. Right return facing onto Church Street has two gables. Various small windows including a small first floor oriel on the rear gable. Rear elevation not seen.
