Description
28 Agincourt Square is a three-storey building with a stucco front that features a band at the first floor and chamfered quoins at the corners. It has a moulded cornice and a parapet topped with a modern grey tile roof. The front facade has three windows. The ground floor includes early 20th-century shop fronts, with a central window on the right and two tripartite sash windows with 6 over 6 panes on the left. The first floor has tripartite sash windows on both the right and left, with a plain 6 over 6 sash window in the centre. The second floor features three 6 over 6 sash windows. At the rear, two multiflued stacks are visible on the wall. The right side of the building, which faces Church Street, has two gables and various small windows, including a small first-floor oriel on the rear gable. The rear elevation has not been seen, and the interior was not inspected during the resurvey.
