Description

Stucco fronted with a Welsh slate roof and red brick stack. Double depth plan. Three storeys, two windows. The ground floor has a late C19 shopfront with pilasters and fascia, large plate glass display window to left and small one to right of panelled door with overlight. Photographs show that the frame is C19 while the windows replace a small paned one on the left and the house door on the right. Six over 6 pane sashes on the first floor and 3 over 6 on the second floor. Plain roof without stack. Rear elevation not inspected.

Not available at resurvey, but it is said to have been much modernised in the 1980s conversion to flats together with Nos. 14 and 14B adjoining the upper floors of which are all one. Plain modern shop interior.
