Description
14B Nevill Street is a three-storey building with a stucco front and a natural slate roof, featuring a red brick chimney stack. It has a double depth plan and one window. On the ground floor, there is a panelled door with a plain overlight to the left and a narrow six-over-six pane sash window to the right, which has replaced a small shop window mentioned in a previous listing. The first floor has a six-over-six pane sash window, while the second floor features a three-over-six pane sash window. The roof is plain with a red brick stack at the right ridge. The rear elevation has not been inspected. Although not available for resurvey, it is reported that the building was significantly modernised during the 1980s when it was converted into flats, along with Nos. 14 and 16, which share the upper floors.
