Description
Nos. 12 and 14 Glendower Street are three-storey buildings with a single front and a double depth plan, dating from the late 20th century. They feature pebbledash render and a Welsh slate roof with a tiled ridge, while the rear slope is covered with pantiles. The entrance to No. 14 is on the left side, with a central entry to the rear. Each building has one window on each floor. The front has a six-panel door with an open pediment hood supported by brackets, and a plank door leads to the rear entry. The sash windows are smaller on the upper floor, with timber frames on No. 12 and plastic frames on No. 14. The roof has a low pitch and a tall stack on the ridge to the right. The rear elevation has not been seen. The interior has not been inspected during the resurvey.
