Description
10 Hereford Road is part of a row of buildings numbered 6 to 10, which likely date from the 19th century. The fronts are rendered, probably over brick, and they feature Welsh slate roofs. The buildings have a double depth plan, with the entrance to Nos. 6 and 10 on the right side, and the entrance to No. 8 on the left.
The structures are three storeys tall, with two windows on No. 6 and one window each on Nos. 8 and 10. There are shared hoods over the paired doorways at Nos. 2 with 4 and 6, as well as at Nos. 8 and 10. The doors are six-panel doors for Nos. 6, 8, and 10, while No. 2 has a plank door. The windows are 2 over 2 pane sashes set in recessed segmental openings, with the top floor windows being smaller. The roofs have a moderate pitch and feature red brick ridge stacks. The rear elevation has not been seen, and the interior was not accessible during the resurvey.
