Description

Nos 14-20 (even) Hereford Road Rendered and painted fronts except for No. 20 which has the random sandstone rubble revealed; rear elevations part weatherboarded; modern interlocking tiles on the front slope and part pantiles on rear. Double depth plan with rear lean-to. Two storeys and attic, eight windows to whole with 2 over 2 pane sashes. Paired doors of Victorian pattern, 4-panel with 2 glazed panels and shared hoods. Steeply pitched roof with four small sloping-roof dormers with 2 + 2 pane casements, gable stack to No. 20, shared stack between Nos. 16 and 18, the stack for No. 14 appears to have been removed. Rear elevation has a single storey pentice, weatherboarded above with one window each, all features C20.

All interior features appear to be C20 but the centrally placed staircase is probably in its original position.
