Description
This is an early 19th century building comprising three houses, numbered 2 to 4, located on the north side of Smiddy Hill. The houses are two storeys high with attics, constructed of brick and have a Welsh slate roof. Three dormers project through the roofline. Each house has three windows, each with a brick flat arch and a hung sash window with glazing bars. A rendered plinth runs along the base. The front doors have been replaced with modern versions, each with a rectangular fanlight above. Inset foot scrapers are also present. Nos 2 to 6, along with 5A and 6A, form a group with the adjacent Lettered Board Public House and numbers 8, 8A and 9.
