Description
Nos. 15 and 17 Monk Street are two-storey buildings with a rendered front, likely over brick, and a Welsh slate roof. They have a double depth plan with the entry located on the right side. Each house features two windows on both floors. The ground floor includes a part-glazed door with a hood supported by brackets, and a tripartite sash window to the left, which has 2 over 2 pane sashes flanked by 1 over 1 pane sashes, all with keystone heads. The upper floor has two single pane sashes with keystone heads for each house, and all windows are fitted with stone cills. The low pitch roof has chimneys on the rear slope, while the rear elevation is not visible.
