Description
Nos. 15 and 17 Monk Street are two-storey buildings with a rendered front, likely over brick, and a Welsh slate roof. They have a double depth plan with the entrance on the right side. Each house features two windows on the ground floor, which includes a part-glazed door with a hood supported by brackets, and a tripartite sash window to the left. The ground floor also has 2 over 2 pane sashes flanked by 1 over 1 pane sashes, all with keystone heads. The upper floor consists of two single pane sashes for each house, also with keystone heads, and all windows are fitted with stone cills. The low pitch roof has chimneys located on the rear slope, while the rear elevation is not visible.
