Description
Nos. 12 and 14 Glendower Street are three-storey buildings featuring pebbledash render and a Welsh slate roof with a tiled ridge, while the rear slope is covered with pantiles. The buildings have a single fronted, double depth plan with an entry on the left and a central entry to the rear. Each building has one window on each floor. The front features a six-panel door with an open pediment hood supported by brackets, and a plank door leads to the rear entry. The windows are sash style, with smaller windows on the upper floor; No. 12 has timber windows while No. 14 has plastic ones. The roof has a low pitch and a tall stack on the ridge to the right. The rear elevation has not been seen. The buildings are of late 19th century design, featuring type 2 over 2 pane sashes. The interior has not been seen during the resurvey.
