Description

47a Bridge Street is a large Georgian house that is attached to buildings on either side. The walls are made of scored unpainted roughcast, and it has a slate roof with a brick ridge stack. The house stands three storeys tall and features a wide frontage with a three-window range of 12-pane sash windows that have narrow glazing bars set in reveals. On the ground floor, there is a doorway to the left that has a bracketed dentilled hood and a six-panel door. To the right, there are two wide recessed openings.
