Description
St Ewen's is a Georgian townhouse that is attached to buildings on either side. The walls are roughcast rendered, and it has a pantile roof with swept eaves and a rear stack. The building stands three storeys tall and features a two-window range of sashes. The first floor has 12-pane sashes, while the second floor has 9-pane sashes, all in exposed frames. The ground floor also has 12-pane sashes, but with narrower glazing bars set in reveals. To the right, there is a square-headed doorway with a wooden door case that has an open pediment supported by console brackets. The townhouse has a plinth and includes a railed forecourt, with the railings topped by spear finials.
