Description
Bridge Cottage is a two-storey, two-window cottage built of rubble stone that is pebble-dashed and painted white. It features a replaced synthetic slate roof and white brick end stacks. The windows have hood moulds and diamond-pane glazing, consisting of cross windows on the lower storey and 2-light casements in the upper storey, which are situated under gablets. The doorway is slightly offset to the right and has a shallow gabled porch in a distinctive estate style. This porch includes a white-painted brick plinth, open lattice-work panels on the sides, and a moulded elliptical arch at the front beneath a boarded gable, leading to a replaced front door.
To the right, there is a one-storey projection that has a window similar to those on the main house. To the left, there is an added conservatory, along with further projections at the back. The interior has been modernised.
