Description

St. Teilo's Well is an ancient well located on a spring line at the edge of a ridge above the Cathedral. The well is currently covered by a stone slab and is set into a possibly 18th-century rubble wall beneath White House Cottage. It is framed by a 20th-century rubble opening that features an iron grille.
