Description

Druids Well is a well housing that likely dates from the 17th century, though it may be older. It is constructed from granite. The spring is surrounded on three sides by large granite slabs, with the southwest end left open, and it is covered by a single slab. This well was presumably the water source for the nearby Old Middlecott Farm, where the medieval farmhouse has been converted into a milking parlour.
