Description

The boundary wall north of Seamouth Lodge is made of rubble stone and features a half-round coping. In the northern section, there is an opening flanked by plain square piers, and the wall rises slightly on either side. Towards the north, the wall steps down in front of the visitor centre and has saddleback coping. Centrally located is an entrance to the building, marked by tall square piers topped with pyramidal caps, with steps leading up to it. To the north, there is an additional pier and a gate, after which the wall continues for a short distance before meeting one of the ranges of the visitor centre.
