Description
15 Eden Avenue is a pair of large, asymmetrical semi-detached houses built around 1913. They stand two storeys high with an attic and feature red tiled roofs. The upper floors are pebbledashed, while the ground floor is made of soft red brick with stone dressings. The houses have rendered chimneys located at the ends and in the center.
Each house has two attic dormers with hipped tiled roofs and three-light windows. The left house has a projecting hipped roof block with deeply overhanging eaves and a splayed two-storey bay window. On the first floor, it features a three-light window, while the ground floor has a window and entrance door set back as a loggia. The right house has a shallow two-storey splayed bay, a three-light window on the first floor, and an entrance doorway with an overlight. To the right of this doorway is a broad three-light window, all covered by a wide bracketed hood. The houses are set behind a stone garden wall with a stone archway leading to the gateway.
