Description
5 Eden Avenue is a two-storey building featuring a pebbledashed exterior with stone quoins and some exposed red brick. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style with square lead cames.
The structure consists of two large gabled blocks, with the left gable set forward. The apex of this gable is half-timbered and overhangs a two-storey splayed bay window, which has exposed quoins. To the right, there is a three-light window on the first floor, while the ground floor includes a loggia with a hipped tiled roof. A door is located to the left, set back, and to the right is a four-light bay window.
The left elevation features a three-light small-pane wooden casement window on the first floor, and the ground floor has two round-headed windows.
