Description
21 Eden Avenue is a two-storey building with an attic, constructed of red brick and featuring half-timbering, topped with a red tiled roof. It has bathstone dressings around some of the ground floor windows and tall rendered chimneys at each end. The windows are casement style with square cames.
The front elevation has an advanced, steeply-pitched gabled bay on the right, which is half-timbered and jettied. It features a three-light window on the first floor, with a splayed bay window beneath it, all covered by a steeply-pitched tiled roof. To the right, the roof slopes down to the first floor, where there is a large half-timbered gabled dormer with a two-light window. Below this dormer, there is a loggia set back between windows with bathstone dressings, a window to the rear, and a doorway to the left. The left elevation includes an entrance doorway that is sheltered by a bracketed hood.
