Description
19 Eden Avenue is a two-storey building with an attic, constructed of red brick, pebbledash, and featuring applied half-timbering. It has a red tiled roof and tall rendered chimneys at either end. The windows have casement glazing with square cames.
The front of the building features, on the right, an advanced steeply-pitched gabled bay with a half-timbered and jettied first floor. Below this jetty is a splayed bay window with a three-light first floor window. To the right, at the center, there is a flat-roof attic dormer with modern glazing. The roof slopes down to the first floor, where there is a large hipped dormer with a four-light window. Below this, a loggia is supported by a corner post on the right, with a window to the rear and a doorway to the left.
The left elevation includes an entrance doorway that is sheltered by a bracketed hood.
