Description
11 Eden Avenue is a two-storey house with an attic, featuring red tiled roofs and pebbledashed upper floors. The ground floor is made of soft red brick with stone dressings, and there are rendered chimneys at both ends and in the center. The house has two attic dormers with hipped tiled roofs and 3-light windows. The left side of the house has a projecting hipped roof block with deeply overhanging eaves and a splayed two-storey bay window. There is a 3-light window on the first floor, while the ground floor has a window and an entrance door set back as a loggia. On the right side, there is a shallow two-storey splayed bay, a 3-light window on the first floor, and an entrance doorway with an overlight. To the right of this doorway, there is a broad 3-light window, all covered by a broad bracketed hood.
