2 Eden Avenue

2 Eden Avenue is a 20th-century building constructed with pebbledash and red brick, featuring a red tiled roof and red brick quoins. The facade facing Eden Avenue includes a half-timbered gable above a two-storey splayed bay that is tile-hung. To the right of this, there is a single-storey block with a hipped roof and a tall red brick chimney. Further to the right, a two-storey hipped block has 2-light windows on both the east and west sides, a hipped roof over a single-storey porch, and an entrance doorway on the west side. This section also features three windows with lead cames and timbering with brick nogging below. The block to the right has a pebbledashed gable above another two-storey splayed bay, which is also tile-hung. To the right of this, the roof slope descends to the ground floor, where there is a round window at the front and a tall red-brick chimney towards the rear. On the east side, there is a large gable with a two-storey splayed bay window.
