Description
This is an early 19th-century building, originally with a pebble and flint facade, accentuated by red brick quoins and window surrounds. It is two storeys high. The roof is covered in black-glazed pantiles and was originally hipped at the east end. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars and rubbed brick arches. The south elevation has three bays with a central doorway. The east elevation, facing the street, has four bays, a later entrance door with side lights, and features a later addition of the northern two bays. Chimney stacks are situated at the west gable and on the north side. To the west is an outbuilding constructed of flint, brick, and pantiles, topped with a clerestory lantern on its ridge line.
