Description

This is an early 19th-century building on the southwest side of Holt New Street. It is constructed of grey brick and flint, with portions colourwashed. The roof is covered in black-glazed pantiles and is hipped. The building is three storeys high and features sash windows with glazing bars, each with a flat, rubbed arch. The three-bay street facade includes a central doorway topped with a rectangular fanlight containing diamond-pattern glazing bars. A brick string course runs along the first floor line. Two openings have been blocked up on the second floor. There is a catslide roof on the west side, and two chimney stacks rise from the west side of the roof ridge.
