Description

25 and 27 Albert Street are a pair of late 18th century cottages. They are built of yellow brick, with some parts colourwashed, and feature a pantile roof with parapetted gables. The cottages are two storeys high and have dentil eaves. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, arranged in a three-window range. There are two doorways that have flinted door surrounds, panelled reveals, and part-glazed six-panel doors. Above the window openings, there are flat rubbed arches. The cottages have two chimney stacks along the ridge line. The rear elevation includes sashes and casements with segmental heads.
