No. 23 Albert Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of flint with red brick dressings. It features a black-glazed pantile roof and has a parapetted gable on the south side, which is topped with a yellow brick chimney stack. The façade includes two sash windows with glazing bars and a half-glazed entrance door located on the right-hand side. The building is also characterized by dentil eaves.
