Description

Pear Tree Cottage is an early 19th-century building located on Holt New Street. It features a red brick facade that is partly rendered and has a black-glazed pantile roof. The cottage is two storeys tall and has a three-bay red brick front. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, and there is a central doorway with a timber doorcase that includes panelled reveals. The door itself is partly glazed and panelled. The gables are parapetted and coped, and there are brick chimney stacks. The eaves are adorned with modillion detailing.
