Description

35 New Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of flint with red brick dressings and topped with a black-glazed pantile roof. It stands two storeys high and features a three-bay facade. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, and there is a central doorcase that includes a six-panelled door, with the top two panels being glazed. The building has bracketted eaves and parapetted, coped gables that are adorned with brick chimney stacks. On the north side, there is a rendered single-storey lean-to with a curved parapet wall that serves as a boundary wall, along with a rendered north gable.
