Description

28 New Street is an early 19th-century building featuring a facade made of flint and red brick, topped with a black-glazed pantile roof. The structure has two storeys and consists of three bays. The windows are sash style with glazing bars and have rubbed brick arches above them. The central doorway is framed by a wooden doorcase with a panelled reveal. The gables are parapetted and coped, and there are brick chimney stacks. The eaves are supported by brackets.
