Description

Pear Tree Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a roof made of glazed pantiles. The building has two storeys and a symmetrical facade with three windows. The windows are sashes with glazing bars set in flush frames, topped with flat brick arches. The doorway includes an inset four-panel bolection moulded door, surrounded by a reeded architrave and panelled reveals. There are gable end stacks on the cottage.
