Description

Church Cottage is a house that was later divided into three cottages. It likely dates from the late 16th century, with a later extension to the south. The building has an L-shaped plan and is constructed of timber framing with plaster, topped by a plain tiled roof. It has two storeys, and the main range features a three-cell plan. Most of the windows are mid-20th century small pane casements, and there is a boarded door with applied battens on the later wing. Each wing has one internal stack.
