Description

This is an early 19th-century pair of cottages located on The Street, Kettleburgh. The cottages are constructed of random flint and stone with yellow brick dressings, and feature a pantiled roof. The design is symmetrical, with a two-window facade. The windows are 3-light casements with 3-centred arches and pointed heads to each light. A central 3-centred arched doorway is flanked by the windows, with an original boarded door featuring applied timber tracery in a style mirroring the windows. A gabled open timber porch covers the doorway. There are two gabled dormers on the roof, which is hipped with a central chimney stack.
