Description
Caseys Roofing Centre, formerly known as Landore Cinema, is a two-storey building with a rendered entrance block positioned at right angles to the road, featuring a pitched-roof auditorium at the rear. The entrance block has channelled rustication on the towers, which have been partly cut down, flanking a wide segmental arch. This arch is adorned with banded rustication that extends back from the quoins. Above the archway, there is an oculus decorated with a wreath and a swagged overthrow. The ground floor openings have a keyblocked treatment, and the side elevation consists of six bays with panelled detailing.
Inside the auditorium, the segmental arched ceiling is notable for its ribbed, floriated panels, and there is a proscenium arch at the northern end. The interior has modern inserted floors and other alterations.
