Description
Dolycoed is a late Georgian style building that stands three stories tall and has four bays. The front is made of coursed rubble with a rubble plinth. It features a slate roof with wide boarded eaves and a central blue brick chimney stack. The windows are small pane sash windows, with nine panes on the second floor and twelve panes below, all having voussoir lintels and weathered keystones. To the left, there is a boarded cellar opening, while the right side is corrugated. There are steps leading up to entrances at either end, each with broad bracket hoods and reeded architraves, panelled reveals, and six-panel part-glazed doors. The side elevations are also made of rubble, and there are small pane sash windows at the rear. The interior is plain, featuring six-panel doors.
