Description

Sunnyside is a Georgian building that features a symmetrical design with three stories and a basement. The front has a broad layout with one window on each side of a central entrance. It is constructed from coursed squared rubble and has a bull-nosed plinth. The roof is slate, with boarded eaves and banded brick chimney stacks at each end. The small pane sash windows are framed by voussoir lintels on the first and ground floors, which include keystones. There are broad bracket hoods above the pilastered doorcases, with panelled reveals and six-panel doors that are partially glazed. The front steps are railed, and there are casement windows in the basement, which are barred on the left side.

At the rear, there are both sash and modern windows, along with a gabled brick cross range.
