Description
Skynlas is a Georgian building that features a symmetrical design with three storeys and a basement, showcasing a three-window coursed rubble front. The slate roof has wide eaves, and there are banded red brick chimney stacks on the right, accompanied by a broad chimney breast. The building has sash windows with voussoirs, featuring small panes on the first and second floors, while the ground floor windows are horned. The central doorcase is topped with a broad bracket hood and has panelled reveals, leading to a four-glazed panelled door with a fanlight above. To the left, there is a casement basement window, while the right side window is blocked. The entrance is accessed by twin flight parallel steps that retain cast-iron railings with finials. At the rear, there is a later extension made of parallel snecked rubble, along with a small extension that has a gable end covered in fishscale tiles.
