Description
The former coach-house, archway, and attached outbuilding at the Vicarage is a 19th-century structure. It features a coursed rubble screen wall topped with an entablature and has a set-back segmental arched entrance with boarded double doors that open onto a narrow cobbled yard. To the right, there is a rubble coach house and stable range with a slate roof. The gable end facing the street has boarded doors with a timber lintel, beneath an arched-headed loft door that is framed by two orders of stone voussoirs and an impost band. There is also a segmental arched entrance on the left side of the coach house, along with thermal windows in the stables, which have now been converted for garage use.
At the rear, there is a later 19th-century rubble outbuilding connected by a low single-storey range. This outbuilding features brick chimney stacks and sash windows without glazing bars. The property was disused at the time of inspection in April 1987.
