Description

This is a three-storey, two-window Georgian house with earlier origins. The front is of coursed rubble stone with a slate roof, wide eaves, and a banded brick chimney stack on the left side. It features small-pane sash windows – with nine, twelve, and twenty panes respectively – and one horn on each. The windows have freestone lintels to the first and ground floors, adorned with weathered keystones. An open, pedimented doorcase shelters a modern Tudor door, and a central modern slate name plate is positioned on the front. Casement and sash windows are visible at the rear, which is also of rubble construction. Internally, a Jacobean-style mantelpiece has been inserted.
