Description

This is a house built around 1830-1840, constructed in stucco with a painted stone base and a painted wood cornice featuring bracketed eaves. The original chimneys have been removed, and the slate roof has been replaced with concrete tiles.

The house has two storeys and features a two-window arrangement with 16-pane sash windows set in painted timber architraves that include blind boxes. The ground floor has a doorway on the left with a five-panel door, a traceried overlight, panelled reveals, and a painted timber Roman Doric doorcase supported by two fluted columns, topped with a triglyph frieze and a mutule cornice.
