Description

This is a house dating from around 1830. It is constructed of stucco, with red brick sides, and has a hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves and two chimney stacks. The house is two storeys high and has a three-bay front, with the central bay slightly projecting and featuring angle pilasters. A plinth and a band at the level of the first-floor sills are also present. The central entrance has a six-panel door with a bordered overlight, all set within a plain raised stucco surround. Flanking the door are tall windows. Above are three shorter windows to the first floor. All windows are glazing bar sashes with slender glazing bars and margins.
