Description

Lavrock House is a house built around 1830. It has two storeys and three windows. The walls are covered in stucco and feature slightly-raised rusticated quoins. The roof is hipped and slated, with rendered chimneys at both ends. The house has sash windows that are fitted with hinged louvred shutters; the first-floor windows have small panes, while the ground-floor windows are deeper with border panes and cornices supported by console brackets. The entrance features a pair of two-panelled doors topped by an oblong fanlight with border panes. There is a portico porch supported by a pair of Doric columns, which has an entablature above it.
