Description
Plas Cottage is a 2-storey, 3-window cottage built from whitened rubble stone, topped with a slate roof and featuring stone stacks, which are larger on the left side. The openings are positioned to the right of center, with a central boarded door. The windows are 2-pane sashes with margin lights, featuring lintels on the lower storey and positioned below the wall plate on the upper storey. To the right gable end, there is a lower 1-storey projection with rendered rubble walls and a corrugated iron roof, which includes a split boarded door.
Inside, the cottage has a 2-unit layout with a central hall and a dog-leg stair at the rear, along with boarded partitions. The entrance hall and kitchen have retained red-and-black floor tiles. The kitchen features a fireplace with original cupboards on either side.
