Description
Troed-rhiw is a 2½-storey house featuring three windows, constructed with roughcast walls and a slate roof. An external stack on the right gable end has been reduced to below the apex. The front elevation displays small 12-pane hornless sash windows in the upper storey, except for the left-hand window which is fixed. Below, there are 9-pane sash windows flanking a panelled door that includes glazed panels. The lower storey is supported by three raked buttresses. On the right gable end, there is a 2-light casement window located in the lower right. The left gable end features a small attic window to the right, situated above a single-storey projection.
The three-window projection is built in two phases, with a slightly higher roof line above the right-hand window. It is constructed of rubble stone, with brick in the gable end, and has a concrete pantile roof. The right-hand window is a 12-pane hornless sash window, while the other two windows are boarded up. The property was not accessible at the time of inspection.
