Description

Pen-rhiw is a 1½ storey, 2-window former cottage constructed from whitened rubble stone with a corrugated iron roof. The original stacks have been removed. The openings feature lintels and are offset to the right. There is a central boarded door flanked by windows, which now have metal grilles instead of glazing. The right gable end includes a small louvered attic opening on the left side. To the left of the gable end, there is a lower projection made from similar materials as the house, which has a hipped roof and a boarded door on the right beneath a wooden lintel.
