Description

28 City Road is a house that is attached to No 26 on the right and to the former stable court, now No 30, on the left. The exterior features unpainted roughcast with a slate roof and brick stacks at each end. The building is three storeys high and has a three-window arrangement of large hornless 12-pane sashes, each with slate sills. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door with fielded panels. To the left, there is a two-storey extension that has one 16-pane sash window on each floor, a close-eaved roof, and a small brick stack at the left end. The interior has not been inspected.
